Giant Sign fabricated and installed this lighted channel letter set on the canopy of the new Galleries at Park Lane location. Featuring 8” deep powder-coated aluminum returns with ¾” acrylic faces, this sign will welcome their new tenants into their new residential complex.
Giant Sign also fabricated and installed these two sets of externally-lit, reverse channel letters that were powder-coated orange with routed ½” white acrylic on top of the faces. We also installed the ½” black acrylic flat cut out letters below.
Giant Sign was asked to create an interior neon sign for McCafe/McDonald’s by Coeval Studio. This exposed neon sign featured 15mm Clear Gold II double-stroked glass, with a clear plex cover mounted with 6 clear anodized standoffs. The transformer was mounted in a UL listed box w/disconnect switch above the ceiling tile. Installation on 06-01-2017
Giant Sign was asked by another sign company in the metroplex to complete this project for them as they were shutting their doors after 70 years in the sign business. Previously a competitor, they were confident we’d take good care of their clients. They had been working on this particular project for a full year (this is a downtown historically recognized building requiring several committee approvals by the City of Dallas). It was our pleasure to accept the project and to carry it across the finish line. Spice in the City was very happy with this double-sided blade sign that we fabricated for them. This beautiful sign featured welded aluminum frames, baseplate and routed faces (all powder-coated black) with white acrylic behind the faces. What’s really cool about this sign is that it features dual lighting options: static white LEDs to light the sign up white, and RGB LEDs that can be changed to a color to stay in a static mode (think pink for Valentine’s Day) as well as change between colors at different speeds via the remote control we provided with the sign. The installation was full of challenges as the wall was a combination of concrete and brick that was 30 inches thick. So, along with there being a vertical column that we had to miss and a horizontal I-beam that we unfortunately did not miss, the drilling alone for this through-bolted sign and electrical leads took a full 4.5 hours. In the end, our installers were not disheartened and we completed the installation including electrical hookup by 6pm that evening. Btw, they were kind enough to provide us lunch, which was Delicious! Make sure to visit Spice In The City to check out them out. They’re now much easier to find!
Giant Sign designed, fabricated, and installed non-lit wood panel wall sign with flat cut out (FCO) dimensional letters. We used a 1″ white oak panel that is milled and sealed with a natural finish as the backer. The letters were routed out of 3/8″ black acrylic and flush-mounted to wood panel.
Giant Sign designed, fabricated and installed this lighted push-thru cabinet sign. We laser cut and welded the 1/8” aluminum face with returns and cabinet as well as laser cut the 3/4” clear acrylic push-thru faces. The cabinet was powder-coated white and black perforated vinyl was added to the push-thru plastic lettering. Thus the day time view of the sign is the exact opposite (negative) of the night viewing of the sign.

Yoga Pod in Dallas
Giant Sign was asked by Mecca Design & Production (www.meccadesign.com) to reface an existing blade sign for their client Yoga Pod, which is a new Yoga studio francisee coming to the Victory Park area near the W Hotel. We had new 1/8” aluminum faces and ¾” clear acrylic laser cut to size. We then sprayed the faces, assembled the push-thru acrylic with translucent vinyl overlays and prepped for installation. This installation required a scissor lift as trucks are not allowed to drive over the granite walkway in front of this store. We removed existing faces, installed the new faces and then painted the previous orange blade sign cabinet white on site. The client was very happy with how the sign turned out
Giant Sign designed, fabricated, and installed 3 sets of lighted tri-lingual channel letters (one bi-lingual set for each side elevation). These pin-mounted channel letters featured 5” aluminum returns, 3/16” white acrylic face with translucent vinyl overlays, and 1” trimcap.
We also designed, fabricated, and installed new double-sided monument sign with internally lit cabinet. This sign utilized 3 colored brickwork, as well as 2 different colors in stucco finish as well as a couple other paint colors, as called out and required by the Property Owner.
Taqueria Laredo in Dallas
Giant Sign was contacted by this client who already had an idea of what he was looking for. We consulted with him and quickly decided to go with the following design details:
Dual (front & reverse)-lit individual channel letters, white acrylic faces with translucent red vinyl overlays, red trimcap, and black returns – all stud-mounted off the wall with spacers.
The client was overjoyed with how the sign turned out and left us a great, unsolicited google review. The night shots you see here were actually taken by the client, which we pulled off of his 5-star review of Giant Sign.
Our long-time client, Green Oaks Physical Therapy was relocating their Cedar Hill office to another location within city limits and so they reached out to Giant Sign to help them with this process. Giant Sign removed their older channel letter sign (which we had previously made and installed 5-6 years earlier) from their old location. This older sign which was still in decent condition featured neon-lit channel letters, a brushed aluminum backplate and raceway. Since a few of the neon units were broken and the client wanted to do an LED conversion to save on his power costs, we removed all the neon and neon transformers and replaced with white LEDs and power supplies. The old trimcap was also in poor condition, so we went ahead and did that as well.
The client also asked us to make a much larger, new sign with similar features for over their entrance, so we went ahead and created this set of LED lighted channel letters on brushed aluminum backplate with a wireway. Along with pole sign and window vinyl, the customer was extremely happy with how everything turned out. Installation on 8-7-2017
